I have recently updated my computor, reinstalled Retail Manager.
Ihave loaded my a4 printer and is working, i have trying to get my docket printer working, put in all the settings, i chose a com port setting apply it do a test and it works, but every time I close out of it, it goes back to com port 3 that seem to be in use.

if anyone has any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it a networked docket printer?

My Docket printer is a serial printer and not networked
